Who we are

We're a group of consultants who've spent years inside charities — leading teams, navigating boards, building products, shifting cultures and getting transformation unstuck. We've been in the shoes of directors, heads of department, and the people implementing change in organisations.

As a collective, we work with charities individually and together, bringing solutions to the challenges nonprofits are facing. Whether at the start of the change journey or deep in the middle of it, we've been there.
