Change is possible
Our Transformation Toolkits
An emerging set of tools, insights and examples from research with 50+ sector leaders - and our own experiences leading transformational change
One of the most common problems we see in non-profits is when leaders are change-ready but not sure where to start to make change happen.
That's why we in the Charity Change Collective of 11 transformation consultants and agencies are working on a set of toolkits to break down the complexity of a change process into smaller steps.
We studied why transformation gets stuck, then distilled insights from 50 sector change makers and our own experience into practical guidance.
The emerging toolkits will cover a range of topics, from skills, to culture and mindset to how to make data work for your organisation.
In the spirit of the 'test and learn' approach we encourage with our clients, we will be releasing topic by topic, inviting feedback and using the lessons learnt as we go.
Am I a change-ready leader?
You’re a change-ready leader if you believe transformation is essential for your mission's success and you're willing to take the first step without having all the answers. The key isn't having perfect certainty—it's having the courage to begin, the curiosity to learn as you go, and the resilience to guide your teams through uncertainty whilst challenging assumptions about how things have always been done.
