Created by the Charity Change Collective and shaped by the experiences of people like you
The ADAPT toolkit will cover a range of topics, from strategy, culture and mindset to leadership. In the spirit of the ‘test and learn’ approach we advocate with our clients, we will be releasing it topic by topic, inviting feedback from nonprofit change ready leaders analysing your feedback and applying lessons learnt it to the next iteration of the toolkit.
